What is the difference between a pull key and a regular key? (Support)

A pull key is the key used to extract or place the lock within the lock cylinder. The Pull key will be slightly longer than a regular key. Depending on the manufacturer, the lock may need to be in either the locked position or the unlocked position for the pull key to function properly. See the following videos for some examples.
